Through the HTTP API: your transport or order system triggers a message on each event it already records — departure, scan, route change, attempt, completion. If your stack can make an HTTP call or use workflow automation, it can send through WorldText.

Can recipients reply to delivery messages?

Yes, where two-way messaging is configured. Replies such as 'leave with neighbour' or 'reschedule' arrive at WorldText and can be routed to your system or support queue.

Do you support cross-border and international recipients?

WorldText sends to international destinations as well as domestic networks. Availability varies by market, so use the coverage page for the countries you ship to before launch.

Can drivers get messages too?
