World-Text Support

Support is available to all customers of World-Text by email. Email support is provided during office hours, although our support engineers do respond to out of hours email request.

Online Delivery Status

Check the current status of messages sent in the last 72 hours:

Email Support

Email support is provided by creating an email on our contact page. For us to deal effectively with your request include the following details:

  • Your username & account id
  • All destination mobile numbers you are querying
  • The time the messages were sent (in GMT)

Please also provide any other details that may be relevant to your query.

Telephone Support

Telephone support is available to all customers during normal office hours, out of hours telephone support is only available to customers who have a valid support contract. When phoning please have you accountid and username ready as these will be required to deal with any requests.

FAQ

A list of frequently asked questions is provided, if you email us a question that is answered on the web site or FAQ then we will answer it, however all other enquiries will be prioritized above your request.
