Over the last number of years we have produced many enhancements and features specifically at the request of clients. These range from simple updates to our web site interface and additional documentation to entire new web services and custom desktop software.
The large number of requests we receive and fulfill is mainly down to our pricing and speed of delivery. Enhancements to existing services that require small amounts of effort are typically done free of charge. If a new feature is requested that will benefit a large number of customers then will also considered providing this free of charge also. Feature requests and software that is bespoke for a client or will have very limited use by other clients will be quoted and charged for at very reasonable rates. These rates are considerably less that if the work was contracted out.
